With the continuous progress of social industrialization, excessive carbon emissions from industrial industries have caused serious pollution problems, which has greatly affected the green and sustainable development of the environment. Among them, the coal, power generation and steel industries are the backbone of China's industrial output and "major carbon emitters". The traditional "single point breakthrough" carbon reduction strategy has been unable to meet the higher carbon reduction goals and strategic needs of the industrial system. In order to solve the above problems, the cross industry alliance formed by coal, power generation, steel and other entities is not only a strategic choice to crack the high carbon lock-in and achieve the dual carbon goal, but also a core engine to promote the transformation of the industrial system to green, intelligent and high-end.
Therefore, this paper takes the coal, power generation and steel industries as the object, analyzes the mechanism of carbon reduction in the cross industry alliance, constructs the dynamic Stackelberg game model of carbon reduction in the industrial alliance, and introduces the influencing variables such as the operation degree of the alliance, the investment in carbon reduction technology, and the participation of industrial CCER, so as to further quantify the carbon reduction effect of the alliance.
The operation of the alliance does have an important and very significant impact on industrial carbon emissions. The optimization path of carbon reduction in the coal power generation steel industry based on the industrial alliance is a process that requires the cooperation of governments at all levels, industries and enterprises. At the same time, the operation degree of the alliance, as the core variable affecting the carbon reduction effect of the coal power generation steel industry alliance, its quality and depth are indispensable, and it must play the maximum utility at the same time to produce a positive promotion and driving force for the realization of the optimal path of carbon reduction of the alliance.
Finally, the paper puts forward scientific and reasonable strategic suggestions for its carbon reduction optimization path, in order to build a near zero emission cross industry ecosystem through the decision-making behavior of cross industry alliance, such as carbon reduction technology collaboration, resource circulation and policy linkage, and contribute to the "China plan" for Climate Governance.
