Neoplasmic productivity: a key factor in effective radiation therapy training for oncology professionals

摘要

随着医学教学的更新, 新质生产力在肿瘤放射治疗教学中扮演起革新者的角色。 本文立足于新质生产力理论, 探索其在肿瘤放射治疗教学中的助力作用。 重点分析了新质生产力在促进创新教学模式、 整合多学科内容、 更新教育目标、 培养创新人才以及构建多维度教学效果评价体系方面的具体实践和成效。 总结了新质生产力在推动肿瘤放射治疗教学向更高效、 更先进的方向发展中的重要作用, 培养能够独立、 安全、 富有同理心的从事放射肿瘤学实践的专业人才, 为应对当下肿瘤放射 “新质” 医生缺口问题提供了一定的解决思路。

Abstract

With advancements in medical education, the concept of neoplasmic productivity has emerged as a driving force for innovation in tumor radiotherapy teaching. Grounded in the theory of neoplasmic productivity, this article examines its supportive role in enhancing tumor radiotherapy education. The analysis focuses on specific practices and achievements, including the promotion of innovative teaching models, integration of multidisciplinary content, refinement of educational objectives, cultivation of innovative talents, and establishment of a multidimensional teaching effectiveness evaluation system. By summarizing the significant contributions of neoplasmic productivity, the article highlights its role in advancing tumor radiotherapy education towards greater efficiency and innovation. Additionally, it offers potential solutions to address the current shortage of skilled tumor radiologists.
