基于肿瘤放射治疗专业培养的医学研究生职业生涯规划全程化体系构建^*

The system construction of a comprehensive career planning system for medical postgraduates specializing in radiation oncology

摘要

职业生涯规划全程化适应当前医学领域人才培养和职业终身化的社会发展趋势。本文以吉林大学第一医院肿瘤放射治疗专业研究生培养方案及生涯规划现状为研究内容, 通过探讨职业生涯规划全程化体系构建的意义价值, 分析高水平医学生培养过程中必须予以关注和解决的现实问题, 构建适应医学研究生专业培养方案的职业生涯规划全程化体系, 为高水平医学人才专业培育和职业发展提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract

The whole-process career planning system is suitable for the current social trend of talent cultivation and life career in the medical field. This article takes the training program and career planning status of students majoring in Department of Radiation Oncology at the First Hospital of Jilin University as the research content. By exploring the significance and value of constructing a comprehensive career planning system, it analyzes the practical issues that must be paid attention to and resolved in the cultivation of high-level medical students. Furthermore, it constructs a comprehensive career planning system that adapts to the professional training program for medical graduate students, providing references for the professional cultivation and career development of high-level medical talents.
