新医科背景下高职医学院校《病原生物学与免疫学》课程教学改革与实践*

摘要

病原生物学与免疫学是高职医学院校临床医学专业中重要的必修课程之一。为解决传统课程教学资源匮乏、学生自主学习性与创新性不足、育人效果不佳等突出问题, 课程团队构建了以学生为中心, 开展线上线下混合式“一体三环四融一评价”的高质量、系统化的教学新模式。在教学过程中, 通过融入学科前沿与课程思政, “以赛促学、以赛促教”提高教学质量, 使课程体系进一步完善。此外, 通过不断优化教学改革及建立过程性多元考核评价体系, 提高了教学效率和实践创新能力, 激发了学生的学习热情和学习兴趣, 有效提升了学生的学习主动性及整体教学水平, 为培养具有自主学习能力、创新思维和良好医德医风的医学人才提供了有力支撑, 对推动医学教育的发展和提升医疗卫生服务质量具有重要意义。

Abstract

Pathogenic microbiology and immunology is one of the important compulsory courses in clinical medicine major in higher vocational medical colleges. In order to solve the outstanding problems such as the lack of traditional curriculum teaching resources, the lack of students' independent learning and innovation, and the poor effect of education. The curriculum team constructs a high-quality systematic teaching resource system, takes students as the center, and carries out a new teaching model of “One body, three rings, four integration and one evaluation” mixed online and offline. In the teaching process, we should integrate the subject frontier and curriculum thinking and politics, promote teaching and learning by competition, improve the teaching quality, and further perfect the curriculum evaluation system. Through continuous optimization of teaching reform, improve teaching efficiency, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, improve practice and innovation ability, and establish a process of multiple assessment and evaluation system. It effectively improves students' learning initiative, helps to improve their learning interest, and improves the overall teaching level. It provides strong support for cultivating medical talents with autonomous learning ability, innovative thinking, and good medical ethics, and is of great significance for promoting the development of medical education and improving the quality of medical and health services.
