多维度生理学实验教学改革的探索与实践*

多维度生理学实验教学改革的探索与实践*

摘要

生理学是研究生物机体生命现象的发生规律和机制的科学, 生理学实验作为医学生最早接触的机体功能实验, 不仅是培养学生理论与实践相结合的重要环节, 也是培养学生动手能力和科研创新能力的有效途径和手段。随着教学理念、教学方法和实验技术等持续革新, 生理学实验教学改革也势在必行。本研究根据不同专业和学制明确不同教学目标、教学内容和考核方式, 并利用线上线下混合教学模式, 在以经典动物实验为核心的基础上, 拓展人体机能实验内容, 增加自主设计实验, 培养学生的动手操作能力、临床实践能力以及创新设计能力。同时, 在教学过程中融入课程思政, 建立多元化考核并加强教学资源的建设, 以提高生理学实验的教学质量。

Abstract

Physiology is the science that studies the laws and mechanisms that are responsible for the life function. As the first experimental course on organism functions for medical students, physiological experiments serve as a crucial bridge to connect the physiological theory with practice. The experimental course is also an effective way for the students to develop practical skills, as well as scientific research and innovation abilities. With the continuous innovation of teaching concepts, teaching methods, and experimental techniques, the reform of physiological experiment teaching is imperative. According to different majors and educational systems, we made special syllabus including different teaching objectives, contents, and assessment methods. Based on the classic animal experiments, we expanded the content of human function experiments, increased self-designed experiments by using a mixed online and offline teaching mode to culture students' operating ability, clinical practice ability and innovative design ability. Meanwhile, ideological and political education were integrated into the teaching process and diversified assessment was established. This will improve the quality of physiological experiment teaching.
