摘要

目的 探讨慕课背景下小规模限制性在线课程 (SPOC) 教学在消化性溃疡临床教学中的应用价值。方法 选取吉林大学应届临床医学系两个班级共105名学生作为研究对象, 按照班级分为试验组55名和对照组50名。试验组采用线上SPOC教学法, 授课老师提前录制好视频, 教师在线答疑, 课后强化记忆; 对照组采用线下传统教学法, 实施教学后采用线上问卷调查和线上测评的方式对两组学生的教学效果进行评价。结果 试验组课程满意度、教师满意度、学习兴趣、知识掌握程度、在线签到、线上随堂测试、线上课后复习题、线上考试成绩以及总成绩均高于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论 采用基于慕课的SPOC教学模式明显优于传统教学, 可以充分调动学生学习积极性, 达成应用能力培养目标, 提升教学质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of online SPOC teaching in Peptic Ulcer clinical teaching under the background of MOCC. Methods A total of 105 senior clinical students from different medical departments of Jilin University were divided into an experimental group of 55 students and a control group of 50 students according to the class. Experimental group used online SPOC teaching method, the instructor recorded a video in advance, the teacher answered questions online, and strengthened memory after class. Control group used traditional classroom teaching method. After the teaching, online questionnaire survey and online evaluation were used to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups. Results The online SPOC teaching group was higher than the traditional teaching group in terms of course satisfaction, teacher satisfaction, students' interest in learning, course content mastery, online check-in, online in class testing, online post class review questions, online exam scores, and overall scores. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of peptic ulcer online, the use of SPOC teaching mode is obviously better than the traditional teaching group, can fully arouse students' enthusiasm for learning, so as to achieve the application ability training goal, and improve the teaching quality.
