摘要

目的 探究基于BOPPPS教学法的菜单式教学模式对神经外科护理实习生综合能力和学习兴趣的提高情况。方法 收集2020年—2021年南京医科大学第一附属医院神经外科三病区进行护理实习的96名学生作为对照组, 收集2022年—2023年南京医科大学第一附属医院神经外科三病区进行实习的84名学生作为观察组。对照组给予常规教学模式, 观察组采用基于BOPPPS教学法的菜单式教学模式。对两组实习生的理论知识、实践技能及综合能力进行评价; 采用问卷调查表评价两组实习生的自评; 评价两组实习生对教学的满意度情况。结果 观察组理论知识评分、及格率及优秀率均高于对照组 (P<0.05); 观察组实践技能评分、及格率及优秀率均高于对照组 (P<0.05); 观察组综合能力各项评分均高于对照组 (P<0.05); 观察组各自评项目评分均高于对照组 (P<0.05); 观察组教学满意度高于对照组 (P<0.05)。结论 基于BOPPPS教学法的菜单式教学模式可以提高神经外科护生综合能力和学习兴趣。

Abstract

Objective To study the improvement of comprehensive ability and learning interest of neurosurgery nursing intern by menu teaching mode based on BOPPPS teaching method. Methods A total of 96 cases of nursing practice in the first affiliated hospital of Nanjing medical university neurosurgery endemic area 3 from 2020 to 2021 were collected as the control group, and 84 cases of nursing practice in the first affiliated hospital of Nanjing medical university neurosurgery endemic area 3 from 2022 to 2023 were collected as the observation group. The control group was given the conventional teaching mode, while the observation group adopted the menu teaching mode based on BOPPPS teaching method. Evaluate the theoretical knowledge, practical skills and comprehensive ability of the two groups of interns; The self-evaluation results of two groups of interns were evaluated by questionnaire; Evaluate the satisfaction of two groups of interns with teaching. Results The theoretical knowledge score, passing rate and excellent rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The practical skill score, passing rate and excellent rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of each item in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The menu teaching mode based on BOPPPS teaching method can improve the comprehensive ability and learning interest of neurosurgery nursing intern.
