摘要

目前对医学实验技术人员队伍的要求已从传统技能型向兼具生物技术、数据科学与临床思维的复合型实验技术人才转变。然而, 当前高校在资源支持、制度保障以及实验室队伍的能力建设方面相对滞后。为此, 本文深入剖析了当前医学实验技术人员队伍培养面临的难题, 通过实践探索, 以吉林大学医学实验技术人员队伍的“三位一体”培养模式为例, 系统阐释其如何以三级联动破除碎片化培养, 以跨学科资源整合促进设备共享与技术创新, 以评价体系激活人才创新动能, 促进实验室成果转化, 为“双一流”高校医学实验技术人员队伍的建设提供全新的思路和可行的参考, 助力医学教育迈向新的高度。

Abstract

The requirements for medical laboratory technical personnel have shifted from a traditional skill-based model to a compound talent structure integrating biotechnology, data science, and clinical thinking. However, universities currently face challenges in resource allocation, institutional safeguards, and capacity building for laboratory teams. This study thoroughly examines the existing dilemmas in cultivating medical laboratory technician teams. Through practical exploration of the "Trinity" training model implemented at Jilin University, it systematically demonstrates how to dismantle fragmented training through a three-tier linkage mechanism, foster equipment sharing and technological innovation via interdisciplinary resource integration, and stimulate innovation through a dynamic evaluation system. By facilitating the translation of laboratory achievements into clinical practice, this model provides innovative strategies and actionable references for developing medical laboratory technician teams in "Double First-Class" universities. It establishes a sustainable framework that synergizes technical expertise with educational advancement, thereby propelling medical education toward new heights of excellence.
