“双一流”背景下联合培养模式提升老年医学专业型硕士综合能力初探

Exploring the enhancement of comprehensive abilities of professional masters in geriatric medicine under the “Double First-Class” background through joint training models

摘要

随着中国老龄化趋势的加剧, 增加老年医学科医生的数量已成为应对医疗需求增长的主要解决方案之一。老年医学专业硕士研究生是老年医学科医生的核心后备力量, 然而在国内许多地区, 该专业仍处于起步阶段。在“双一流”建设的背景下, 联合培养模式作为老年医学教育多样化和特色化发展的关键途径, 对于培养高素质的专业人才具有重要意义。本文旨在分析“双一流”政策下联合培养模式对老年医学专业硕士研究生综合素质的影响, 探究实施过程中的挑战, 如资源分配、合作机构协调及质量保障, 并提出相应解决策略, 为中国老年医学专业硕士研究生的培养提供有价值的建议。

Abstract

With the intensifying aging trend in China, increasing the number of geriatric medicine doctors has become a primary solution to meet the growing medical demands. Geriatric medicine master's graduates are the core reserve force for geriatric healthcare professionals. However, in many regions of the country, this field is still in its early stages. Against the backdrop of the “Double First-Class” initiative, the joint training model serves as a crucial pathway for the diversified and specialized development of geriatric medical education, playing a significant role in cultivating high-quality professionals. This paper aims to analyze the impact of the joint training model under the “Double First-Class” policy on the comprehensive qualities of master's students in geriatric medicine. It explores the challenges in implementation, such as resource allocation, coordination among cooperating institutions, and quality assurance, while proposing corresponding strategies to provide valuable recommendations for the cultivation of geriatric medicine master's students in China.
