以培养“医防管”复合型人才为导向的临床医学本科教育改革探析^*

Exploring undergraduate clinical medical education for cultivating interdisciplinary talents in medicine, prevention, and administration

摘要

培养兼具临床诊疗、疾病防控与卫生治理能力的“医防管”复合型医学人才,是推进“健康中国2030”战略的关键支撑,也是“新医科”建设的核心目标之一。本文对临床医学本科教育中“医防管”融合培养现状进行梳理与剖析,强调在育人全过程融入公共卫生与卫生管理思维的价值。提出课程重构、以赛促学、科研协同、生态营造、科技赋能等多维度改革路径,以期为构建适应新时代需求的临床医学本科教育体系提供理论参考与实践方向。

Abstract

Under the framework of the Healthy China 2030 strategy and the 'New Medical Science' initiative, Chinese medicine is shifting its focus from disease treatment to health promotion. This transformation highlights the need for cultivating doctors who can integrate clinical practice with public health awareness and health governance capacity. Focusing on undergraduate clinical education, this paper discusses the necessity of incorporating public health and administration perspectives into medical training. It also examines the current situation of curricula, teaching organization, and assessment systems. On this basis, several strategies are proposed, aiming to offer both conceptual insights and practical guidance for improving the undergraduate medical education system.
