少府穴体表投影点与掌纹特征关联性研究

Research on the correlation between the surface projection point of Shaofu acupoint and palmprint characteristics

摘要

目的 探索少府穴（HT8）精准简便的体表定位方法，以解决传统取穴法因个体差异及主观经验依赖导致的定位偏差问题。方法 ①通过检索古籍及现代文献，整理少府穴的传统定位描述；②根据整理古籍的定位描述进行循按，循按至穴感最强处在皮肤上标记；③拍摄受试者手掌掌纹，并对少府穴周围的掌纹归纳分类整理；④观察分析少府穴的体表投影点及其附近是否有特异性的二维掌纹标志；⑤若有特异性掌纹标志，则对特异性掌纹标志与少府穴体表投影的一致性进行验证。结果 根据古籍中少府穴的定位描述，在第4、5掌骨间隙凹陷处均能循按到有强烈穴感且较为固定的点；98.8%的手在少府穴体表投影处有一个掌纹叉点（掌中横纹与小鱼际纹交叉的点）；在手的掌纹叉点处循按，100%有强烈穴感。结论 掌纹叉点是少府穴的体表投影点，可以以其为标志快速而精确地定位少府穴。

Abstract

Objective To explore an accurate and simple surface localization method for Shaofu (HT8), in order to solve the localization deviation problem caused by individual differences and reliance on personal experience in conventional acpoint selection method. Methods By searching TCM classics and modern literature, we sorted out the location descriptions of Shaofu; ② According to the positioning description in the classics, we press the meridians until the point with the strongest sensation is marked on the skin. ③ Pictures were taken of the palm prints of the subjects and patterns around Shaofu were analyzed. ④ We examined whether there are specific two-dimensional palmprint marks on the surface projection points of Shaofu and its vicinity. ⑤ If there are specific palmprint marks, the consistency between the specific palmprint marks and the surface projection of Shaofu were verified. Results According to the location description of Shaofu in ancient books, points with a strong acupoint sensation and relatively fixed can be traced and pressed in the depressions between the fourth and fifth metacarpal bones. ② 98.8% of the hands have a palmprint fork at the projection of Shaofu on the body surface- the point where the transverse palmprint and the thenar eminorium intersect. ③ When we pressed along the intersections of the palm lines on the hand, and 100% of the subjects felt a strong acupoint sensation. Conclusion The palmprint crossover points are the surface projection points of Shaofu, and they can be used as markers to quickly and accurately locate the acupoint.
