雷少逸燮肺解暑的学术特色与临床价值

Academic connotation and clinical value of Lei Shaoyi's method of regulating lung function to dispel summer pathogenic factors

摘要

夏季暑邪为患所导致的病证多样化，且呈现复杂病机。清代浙江衢州名医雷少逸所著《时病论》是首部论述时病的专著，其中对暑病的论述和辨治独具特色，提出暑咳病名、暑邪亦易犯肺、从肺治暑之实证虚证等，不仅是对从阳明治暑病理论认识的补充，较之前人认识有创新性，也对暑季常见病、多发病的中医药治疗有较高的临床指导价值。

Abstract

Diseases caused by summer pathogenic factors are diverse in their manifestations and can involve complex disease mechanisms in summer. Shibinglun (Treatise on Seasonal Diseases), written by Lei Shaoyi, a renowned physician from Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, during the Qing dynasty, is the first monograph specifically addressing seasonal diseases. The discussion and treatment strategies about the diseases induced by summer pathogenic factor are particularly distinctive. Such as proposing the disease name “summer cough”, pointed out that summer pathogenic factor can easily invade the lung, and provided method for treating syndromes caused by summer pathogenic factor from the perspective of the lung. These contributions not only supplement the theory of treating summer-onset diseases from the yangming perspective but also represent innovative insights beyond earlier scholars. Moreover, they hold significant clinical guidance value for the Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of common and frequently occurring diseases in the summer season.
