摘要

儿童青少年肥胖与高血压在中医证候方面存在共性病理基础。痰、热、虚为儿童青少年肥胖相关性高血压的核心病理要素,脾虚肝旺阴亏为病之本,水液失调壅滞脉道为标,气机升降失常为病机之枢。儿童青少年肥胖相关性高血压防治思路包括:健脾化湿、利水化痰是治本之基;滋阴平肝以息风火,调和阴阳以安气机;清化痰热、分消走泄以通壅滞;温阳化饮、益火补土以运水湿;防治结合,形神共调。

Abstract

Childhood and adolescent obesity and hypertension share a common pathological basis in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) patterns. Phlegm, heat, and deficiency are the core pathological factors of obesity-related hypertension in children and adolescents. Spleen deficiency, liver hyperactivity, and yin deficiency constitute the root of the disease; disordered fluid metabolism leading to vessel obstruction represents its manifestation; and abnormal ascent and descent of qi activity serves as the pivot of pathogenesis. The TCM prevention and treatment strategies for this condition are as follows: fortifying the spleen and resolving dampness, promoting urination and eliminating phlegm serve as the fundamental treatment; nourishing yin and calming the liver to extinguish wind-fire, and regulating yin and yang to stabilize qi movement; clearing phlegm-heat and draining dampness to relieve obstruction; warming yang to resolve fluid retention and invigorating fire to strengthen the spleen to regulate fluid movement; and integrating prevention with treatment to coordinate body and spirit.
