贾跃进“乾坤助眠针法”治疗失眠的经验

Experience of Jia Yuejin in treating insomnia with Qiankun Sleep-Promoting Acupuncture

摘要

贾跃进教授在师承李济春“乾坤针法”和国医大师吕景山“对穴针法”基础上，总结形成临床效验的“乾坤助眠针法”，采用乾坤双穴为一进针单位，配伍穴位同步行针。乾坤助眠针法的主要特色包括：阴阳为纲，双穴配伍；疏肝健脾，理气为先；通经接气，祛瘀通络；注重辨证，配穴精当。并结合临床验案阐述贾教授“乾坤助眠针法”治疗失眠的经验。

Abstract

Professor Jia Yuejin, based on inheriting Li Jichun's Qiankun Acupuncture and the Paired-Acupoint Acupuncture of National Master of TCM Lyu Jingshan, has summarized and developed the clinically effective Qiankun Sleep-Promoting Acupuncture. This technique adopts a pair of Qian-Kun acupoints as a single needling unit, with coordinated needling applied simultaneously to matched points. The main features of the Qiankun Sleep-Promoting Acupuncture include: taking yin-yang as the guiding principle, with paired acupoint combinations; prioritizing soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen, and regulating qi; connecting meridians and guiding qi, removing stasis and unblocking collaterals; emphasizing pattern differentiation, with precise and appropriate acupoint selection. Combined with clinical case studies, this paper elaborates on Professor Jia's experience in treating insomnia with the Qiankun Sleep-Promoting Acupuncture.
