基于“肾-精室”理论辨治代谢综合征合并男性不育症

Treatment of metabolic syndrome with male infertility based on the theory of “kidney-essence chamber”

摘要

基于“肾-精室”理论认识代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome， MS）合并男性不育症发病机制，认为 MS 合并男性不育症以肾虚精亏为发病基础，精室瘀滞为发病关键。治疗用药时需重视肾与精室同治，通补结合，提出以补肾益精、通络祛瘀为其主要治法。同时在“肾-精室”理论中突出精室辨证，灵活加减用药以整体恢复肾与精室功能，充实肾中精气，协调阴阳，使精室络脉气血宣通调畅，从而起到改善 MS 合并男性不育症患者症状，提高临床疗效。

Abstract

Based on the “kidney-essence chamber” theory， the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome （MS） combined with male infertility is discussed in this article. It is believed that the combination of MS and male infertility is based on kidney deficiency and essence deficiency， with essence chamber stasis being the key to the disease. In treatment， it is important to treat both the kidney and the essence chamber simultaneously， combining nourishing with unblocking. The main treatment method proposed are tonifying the kidney and essence， unblocking collaterals， and removing blood stasis. Furthermore， in the “kidney-essence chamber” theory， emphasis is placed on the pattern differentiation of the essence chamber， with flexible medication adjustments to restore the overall function of the kidney and essence chamber， enrich the essence qi in the kidney， harmonize yin and yang， and promote the smooth circulation of qi and blood in the essence chamber collaterals， thereby improving the symptoms of MS combined with male infertility and enhancing clinical efficacy.
