修剪及外源调节剂对北美冬青“奥斯特”营养枝生长及株型的影响
Effects of Pruning and Exogenous Regulators on Vegetative Shoot Growth and Plant Type of Ilex verticillata“Oosterwijk”
本研究采用单因素及双因素完全随机区组设计,探究不同修剪方式、植物生长调节剂及二者组合对北美冬青“奥斯特”营养枝生长及株型的调控效应。结果表明,修剪方式、植物生长调节剂及两者交互作用对所有测定指标均有极显著影响(P<0.01)。中剪(保留枝条总长1/2)处理在单因素修剪中效果最优,6-BA 200 mg·L-1和300 mg·L-1处理在调节剂单因素中表现突出。综合来看,中剪+6-BA 200 mg·L-1为最佳处理方案,新增二次梢萌发数量达11.2个,茎秆粗度7.3 mm,株型紧凑度42.3%,能有效实现分枝多、枝条粗壮、株型紧凑的商品切枝要求,为北美冬青优质切枝的标准化、商品化生产提供理论依据与实践指导。
This study adopted single-factor and two-factor completely randomized block designs to explore the regulatory effects of different pruning methods,plant growth regulators(PGRs),and their combinations on the vegetative shoot growth and plant type of Ilex verticillata“Oosterwijk”.The results indicated that pruning methods,plant growth regulators,and their interaction had extremely significant effects on all the measured indicators(P <0.01).Among the single-factor pruning treatments,the medium pruning(retaining 1/2 of the total branch length)exhibited the optimal effect.For the single-factor regulator treatments,the applications of 6-BA at 200 mg·L-1 and 300 mg·L-1 showed remarkable performance.Comprehensively analyzed,the combination of medium pruning and 6-BA 200 mg·L-1 was identified as the optimal treatment.Under this treatment,the number of newly sprouted secondary shoots reached 11.2,the stem diameter was 7.3 mm,and the plant type compactness was 42.3%.This treatment could effectively meet the commercial cut-branch requirements of abundant branching,robust shoots,and compact plant type,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the standardized and commercialized production of high-quality cut branches of Ilex verticillata.
