皮山红羊种公羊体尺性状与精液品质相关性研究

摘要

皮山红羊是新疆优良地方品种之一,因其多胎性状,与策勒黑羊、多浪羊共同构成特色品种群。该品种体质结实、适应性强,适合粗放及舍饲放牧结合的养殖模式。本研究分析3岁皮山红羊种公羊体尺与精液品质的相关性,测定了18项体尺指标及精液量、精子密度、精子活力等指标,采用SPSS 27.0软件进行相关性分析。结果显示,精液量与体高、体长、尾长显著正相关,与尻高极显著正相关;精液密度与尻长显著正相关,与多项体尺指标呈负相关。在保障体质与生长增重前提下,选择体长、尾长、尻长较大的个体可提高精液品质。本研究为筛选繁殖性能优良的皮山红羊种公羊提供参考。

Abstract

Pishan Red Sheep is one of the excellent local breeds in Xinjiang.Due to its multiple traits,it shares characteristics with Qira Black Sheep and Duolang Sheep,forming a distinctive breed group.This breed has a sturdy physique and strong adaptability,and is suitable for farming models that combine free-range and confined grazing.This study analyzed the correlation between the body measurements and semen quality of 3-year-old Pishan Red Sheep breeding rams.18 body measurement indicators and semen volume,sperm density,sperm motility,etc.were measured.Correlation analysis was conducted using SPSS 27.0 software.The results showed that semen volume was significantly positively correlated with body height,body length,and tail length,and extremely significantly positively correlated with rump height;semen density was significantly positively correlated with rump length and negatively correlated with several body measurement indicators.Under the premise of ensuring physical condition and growth weight,selecting rams with larger body length,tail length,and rump length can improve semen quality.This study provides a reference for screening Pishan Red Sheep breeding rams with excellent reproductive performance.
