新疆鲜食玉米产业发展现状、问题及前景展望

摘要

在国家种植结构调整与市场消费升级的背景下,通过对新疆鲜食玉米产业调研分析,提出其发展中存在的突出问题与差距,主要包括种质资源匮乏、品种类型单一且同质化严重,种植技术不规范、机械化采收水平偏低,产品品质一致性较差,缺乏龙头加工企业带动、种植与加工环节脱节等,并针对上述问题提出相应对策建议,以期为新疆鲜食玉米产业高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract

Under the background of national planting structure adjustment and market consumption upgrading,through the investigation and analysis of the fresh corn industry in Xinjiang,the prominent problems and gaps in its development are identified,mainly including the shortage of germplasm resources,the single variety type with severe homogeneity,unstandardized planting techniques,low mechanized harvesting level,poor consistency of product quality,lack of leading processing enterprises to drive,and disconnection between planting and processing stages. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to address these issues,with the aim of providing reference for the high-quality development of the fresh corn industry in Xinjiang.
