摘要

随着肉苁蓉(Cistanche deserticola)规模化种植的推广,蛀蝇类害虫日益成为制约产业健康发展的关键因素。为明确在甘肃省民勤县青土湖肉苁蓉种植基地严重危害肉苁蓉的一种蛀蝇的分类地位,本研究通过采集受害植株、室内饲养获得成虫,并对其进行系统的形态学鉴定。结果表明,该害虫属于双翅目(Diptera)食蚜蝇科(Syrphidae)、迷蚜蝇属(Milesia)。研究详细描述其关键的形态鉴别特征,并明确其幼虫钻蛀肉苁蓉肉质茎,造成内部组织空洞化、品质丧失的危害特性。本研究首次明确该蛀蝇在民勤产区的分类地位为迷蚜蝇属,建立可靠的形态鉴定方法,可为该害虫的准确监测与绿色综合防控提供理论依据。

Abstract

With the promotion of large-scale cultivation of Cistanche deserticola, borer fly pests have increasingly become a key factor restricting the healthy development of the industry. To clarify the taxonomic status of a borer fly severely damaging Cistanche deserticola at the Qingtu Lake planting base in Minqin County, Gansu Province, this study collected infested plants, reared the adults in the laboratory, and conducted systematic morphological identification. The results showed that the pest belongs to the family Syrphidae, genus Milesia, within the order Diptera. The study provided a detailed description of its key morphological identification characteristics and clarified its damage characteristics, where the larvae bore into the fleshy stems of Cistanche deserticola, causing internal tissue hollowing and loss of quality. This research is the first to confirm the taxonomic status of the borer fly as belonging to the genus Milesia in the Minqin production area, establishing a reliable morphological identification method that can provide a theoretical basis for accurate monitoring and integrated green control of the pest.
