摘要
本研究旨在探究侧孢短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus laterosporus)菌剂对芹菜生长及斑枯病抗性的影响。通过灌根法进行温室盆栽试验,对芹菜进行不同浓度菌剂处理(T1:1×106 CFU·mL-1;T2:1×107 CFU·mL-1;T3:1×108 CFU·mL-1)并设置空白对照(CK),系统测定营养生长、根系活力、防御酶活性及病害发生情况。结果显示,T3处理效果最优,与CK相比,株高、根长、鲜重和干重分别增加23.52%、22.78%、30.82%和28.07%;根系活力增强48.61%;接种病原菌后第7 d,苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性峰值分别较CK提高62.30%、57.26%和49.77%;病情指数降低52.10%。研究表明,侧孢短芽孢杆菌菌剂可通过促进生长和诱导抗性双重机制提升芹菜健康水平,推荐施用浓度为1×108 CFU·mL-1。
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effects of Brevibacillus laterosporus inoculant on the growth and resistance to late blight of celery.A greenhouse pot experiment was conducted with different concentrations of bacterial inoculant(T1:1×106 CFU·mL-1;T2:1×107 CFU·mL-1;T3:1×108 CFU·mL-1) and a blank control(CK).Parameters measured included vegetative growth,root activity,defense enzyme activities,and disease incidence.The results showed that the T3 treatment had the optimal effect.Compared with CK,it significantly promoted celery growth,with plant height,root length,fresh weight,and dry weight increasing by 23.52%,22.78%,30.82%,and 28.07%,respectively;root activity increased by 48.61%;On the 7th day after inoculation with the pathogenic bacteria,with peak activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase,peroxidase,and polyphenol oxidase after pathogen inoculation being 62.30%,57.26%,and 49.77% higher than those in CK,respectively,and the disease index decreased by 52.10%.The study indicates that B. laterosporus inoculant can enhance celery health through dual mechanisms of growth promotion and induced resistance,with 1×108 CFU·mL-1 recommended as the application concentration.
