摘要

为明确不同姜花属植物柱头可授性的日变化特征及适宜授粉时段,以白姜花、黄白姜花、红姜花、峨眉姜花、“橙塔”姜花、“塔拉”金姜花和“美梦成真”姜花7个姜花属种或品种为材料,采用联苯胺-过氧化氢法检测开花当天8:00、10:00、12:00、14:00、16:00和18:00的柱头可授性,根据柱头反应颜色、气泡数量及持续情况综合判定柱头可授性等级。结果表明,7个材料的柱头可授性均具有明显的日变化,不同材料柱头可授性较强的时段存在差异。白姜花、黄白姜花、峨眉姜花和“塔拉”金姜花在10:00—12:00柱头可授性较强,红姜花、“橙塔”姜花和“美梦成真”姜花的柱头可授性较强时段主要集中在8:00—10:00。因此,白姜花、黄白姜花、峨眉姜花和“塔拉”金姜花的适宜授粉时段为10:00—12:00,红姜花、“橙塔”姜花和“美梦成真”姜花的适宜授粉时段为8:00—10:00。本研究明确了7个姜花属材料开花当天柱头可授性的日变化及较强时段,可为姜花属不同材料授粉时间的选择提供参考。

Abstract

To determine the diurnal variation in stigma receptivity and suitable pollination periods of different Hedychium materials,seven species or cultivars,including Hedychium coronariumH.chrysoleucumH.coccineumH.emeienseH.coccineum var. aurantiacum“Orange Brush”,H.gardnerianum“Tara”,and Hedychium“Fireflies”,were examined.Stigma receptivity was assessed using the benzidine-hydrogen peroxide method at 8:00,10:00,12:00,14:00,16:00,and 18:00 on the day of anthesis and graded based on the color reaction,bubble abundance,and persistence of the reaction.The results showed clear diurnal variation in stigma receptivity in all seven materials,with differences among materials in the periods of relatively strong receptivity.H.coronariumH.chrysoleucumH.emeiense,and H.gardnerianum“Tara”showed relatively strong stigma receptivity mainly from 10:00–12:00,whereasH.coccineum,“Orange Brush”,and“Fireflies”showed relatively strong stigma receptivity mainly from 8:00–10:00.Accordingly,10:00–12:00 was identified as a suitable pollination period for H.coronariumH.chrysoleucumH.emeiense,and“Tara”,whereas 8:00–10:00 was suitable for H.coccineum,“Orange Brush”,and“Fireflies”.These results clarify the diurnal variation and periods of relatively strong stigma receptivity in seven Hedychium materials and provide a reference for selecting pollination periods among different materials.
