京北郊区奶牛流产相关病原感染调查与分析

京北郊区奶牛流产相关病原感染调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Pathogenic Infections Related to Abortion in Dairy Cows in the Suburbs of Northern Beijing

摘要

为了解京北郊区奶牛流产主要相关病原感染情况,选取本地区近两年有流产史的5个奶牛场作为调查对象,以布鲁氏菌、衣原体、弓形虫、新孢子虫、牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒、牛病毒性腹泻病毒6种奶牛流产相关病原作为检测目标,对5个牛场的奶牛群随机抽检184份血样进行调查分析。检测结果显示:6种疫病其群体抗体阳性率分别为1.63%、6.52%、7.07%、31.52%、15.76%、61.96%;对应的牛场阳性率分别为60%、100%、80%、60%、40%和80%。Fisher精确检验分析表明,5个奶牛场布鲁氏菌、衣原体、弓形虫、新孢子虫、牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒、牛病毒性腹泻病毒的P值分别为:0.136、0.134、0.785、P<0.01、P<0.01、P<0.01。显示不同场布鲁氏菌、衣原体、弓形虫病原感染差异不显著(P>0.05),而新孢子虫、牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒、牛病毒性腹泻病毒感染差异极显著(P<0.01)。结合流行病学调查与分析,表明本地区奶牛布鲁氏菌病已处于稳定控制状态;衣原体、弓形虫虽存在感染,但处于可控水平,群体阳性率均低于7.1%;新孢子虫与牛传染性鼻气管炎呈单个场高感染状态,牛病毒性腹泻呈普遍存在,其场阳性率与群体阳性率与国内学者的研究结果接近。

Abstract

In order to understand the main pathogenic infections related to dairy cow abortion in the suburbs of northern Beijing,5 dairy farms with a history of abortion in the past two years were selected.Six dairy cow abortion-related pathogens,including brucellosis,chlamydia,Toxoplasma gondii,Neospora,bovine infectious rhinotracheitis,and bovine viral diarrhea,serological antibody detection of abortion-related pathogens.184 blood samples from the dairy herds in the 5 farms were randomly selected for investigated and analyzed.Test results:The population antibody positivity rates for the six epidemic diseases were 1.63%,6.52%,7.07%,31.52%,15.76%,and 61.96% respectively;The corresponding herd-level positive rate of cattle farms were 60%,100%,80%,60%,40%,and 80% respectively.Fisher's exact test analysis showed that the P values of brucellosis,chlamydia,Toxoplasma gondii,Neospora,bovine infectious rhinotracheitis,and bovine viral diarrhea in the five dairy farms were:0.136,0.134,0.785,P<0.01,P<0.01,and P<0.01 respectively.It shows that there are no significant differences in the pathogenic infections of Brucella,Chlamydia,and Toxoplasma gondii in different fields(P>0.05),while the differences in the pathogenic infections of Neospora,bovine infectious rhinotracheitis,and bovine viral diarrhea disease are extremely significant(P<0.01).Combined with epidemiological investigation and analysis,it shows that dairy cow brucellosis is in a stable state of control;Chlamydia and Toxoplasma infection exist,but at a controllable level,and the group positivity rates are both lower than 7.1%;Neospora and bovine infectious rhinotracheitis are highly infected in a single field,and bovine viral diarrhea is ubiquitous,and their field positivity rate and group positivity rate are close to those of domestic scholars.
