摘要

为系统掌握新疆伊犁河谷地区蛋鸡滑液囊支原体的流行特征,评估疫苗免疫效果并提出针对性防控策略,本研究采集1日龄雏鸡群、未免疫产蛋鸡群、免疫1次鸡群及免疫2次鸡群的血清样本共计540份,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测MS抗体。结果显示,3个不同来源的1日龄雏鸡群体感染率均为100%,个体感染率分别为96.7%、90.0%和100%;未接种疫苗的鸡群感染率在93.3%~100%;接种不同厂家灭活疫苗的鸡群保护率差异显著,其中a厂家疫苗保护率最高(93.3%~100%),b厂家和c厂家疫苗保护率较低(3.3%~10%)。结果表明,伊犁河谷地区MS感染普遍存在,垂直传播风险高;选用有效疫苗并配合抗体监测是防控该病的关键措施。

Abstract

To systematically understand the epidemiological characteristics of Mycoplasma synoviae(MS)in laying hens in the Yili River Valley region of Xinjiang,evaluate vaccine efficacy,and propose targeted prevention and control strategies,this study collected a total of 540 serum samples from one-day-old chick flocks,non-vaccinated laying hen flocks,flocks vaccinated once,and flocks vaccinated twice.MS antibodies were detected using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The results showed that the flock infection rates for the three different sources of one-day-old chicks were all 100%,with individual infection rates of 96.7%,90.0%,and 100%,respectively.The infection rates in non-vaccinated flocks ranged from 93.3% to 100%.There were significant differences in the protection rates conferred by inactivated vaccines from different manufacturers.Vaccine from manufacturer‘a’provided the highest protection rate(93.3%~100%),while vaccines from manufacturers‘b’and‘c’offered lower protection rates(3.3%~10%).The results indicate that MS infection is widespread in the Ili River Valley region,posing a high risk of vertical transmission.Selecting an effective vaccine combined with antibody monitoring is a key measure for the prevention and control of this disease.
