一种种鸡无人化福利智慧养殖系统的创新研发与示范结果分析

一种种鸡无人化福利智慧养殖系统的创新研发与示范结果分析
Innovative Development and Demonstration Result Analysis of an Unmanned Welfare-Oriented Intelligent Breeder Chicken Production System
为加快推进动物福利智慧养殖发展进程,本研究自主研发了一套种鸡大平层本交福利智慧养殖设备,并与传统种鸡饲养设备开展连续一年的比较试验,结果表明:该系统基本能实现种鸡福利智慧无人化生产;与对照组比较,种鸡饲养密度提高31.94%;种蛋合格率、入舍母鸡羽均合格种蛋数分别提高4.92%和3.59%;入孵种蛋受精率、受精种蛋健雏率分别提高了2.75%和4.57%;健雏总数和入舍母鸡羽均提供健雏数分别提高46.87%和11.31%;并减少生产人员2名,实现废弃物环保处理和达标排放,展现出良好的经济和生态效益。
To accelerate the development of welfare-oriented intelligent livestock production, this study independently developed a large-scale flat-floor, natural-mating, welfare-oriented intelligent housing system for breeder chickens. A one-year continuous comparative trial was conducted between the developed system and conventional breeder chicken rearing equipment. The results demonstrated that the system essentially achieved welfare-oriented, intelligent, and unmanned production of breeder chickens. Compared with the control group, breeder chicken stocking density increased by 31.94%. The qualified hatching egg rate and the number of qualified hatching eggs per housed hen increased by 4.92% and 3.59%, respectively. The fertility rate of set eggs and the healthy chick rate of fertilized eggs increased by 2.75% and 4.57%. The total number of healthy chicks and the number of healthy chicks produced per housed hen increased by 46.87% and 11.31%. In addition, the system reduced labor requirements by two production staff, achieved environmentally sound waste treatment and compliant discharge, and demonstrated favorable economic and ecological benefits.
