摘要

试验旨在探究人参多糖对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。试验选用250日龄罗曼灰产蛋母鸡216羽,随机分为3组,每组设6个重复,每个重复12羽。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组在基础饲粮的基础上添加0.2 g·kg-1的人参多糖(Ginseng Polysaccharides,GPS),试验2组添加0.4 g·kg-1的GPS。结果显示:①与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.2 g·kg-1 GPS对产蛋鸡的平均产蛋率、平均蛋重和平均日产蛋量均有提高(P>0.05)。②与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.2 g·kg-1和0.4 g·kg-1 GPS蛋鸡的蛋壳厚度也均有提高(P>0.05);对蛋黄比重、颜色,蛋壳比重、强度和哈氏单位无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加GPS虽未显著提升蛋鸡的产蛋性能与蛋品质,但各项指标均呈改善趋势,表明人参多糖可通过优化蛋品质来提升蛋鸡养殖的经济效益,其中以添加0.2 g·kg-1 GPS的效果相对更佳。

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of ginseng polysaccharides on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens. The experiment used 216 Roman gray laying hens aged 250 days, which were randomly divided into three groups. Each group had six replicates, with 12 hens in each replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet, while Trial Group 1 received an additional 0.2 g kg-1 of GPS (ginseng polysaccharide extract) on top of the basal diet, and Trial Group 2 received an additional 0.4 g kg-1 of GPS. The results showed: ① Compared with the control group, adding 0.2 g kg-1 GPS to the feed improved the average egg production rate, average egg weight, and average daily egg production of laying hens (P>0.05). ② Compared with the control group, the eggshell thickness of laying hens fed diets supplemented with 0.2 g kg-1 and 0.4 g kg-1 GPS also increased (P>0.05); however, there were no significant effects on the specific gravity and color of egg yolks, as well as the specific gravity, strength, or Haugh units of eggshells (P>0.05). In conclusion, although the addition of GPS to the feed did not significantly improve the laying performance or egg quality of laying hens, all indicators showed an improving trend, indicating that Ginseng polysaccharides can enhance the economic efficiency of hen farming by optimizing egg quality, with the addition of 0.2 g kg-1 GPS yielding the most favorable results.
