新医科背景下“认知-情感-信念-行为”协同育人体系构建
Construction of “Cognition-Emotion-Belief-Action” Collaborative Educational System under the Background of New Medicine
在“医学+X”的新医科发展背景下,医学人才培养体系的构建面临更严苛的标准与要求。为满足“德医双修”素质能力育人要求,医学教育过程中,需立足新医科背景,筑牢医文融合根基,以思想政治教育夯实价值引领,通过探索“医学+思政”育人新模式,构建“认知-情感-信念-行为”四维协同育人体系,进阶式提升医学生思想政治教育获得感,从而满足新医科对复合型卓越医学人才的需求,助推医学生以大爱大德大情怀投身于现代医疗事业,进一步拓展新医科建设的实践维度,为“健康中国2030”规划纲要的实施提供坚实支撑。
In the context of “medicine + X” in New Medicine, higher standard and requirement are set for the cultivation system of medical talents. To meet the educational requirements for cultivating talents with “both ethical integrity and medical expertise”, the process of medical education must be grounded in the context of New Medicine. It is essential to strengthen the integration of medical and humanistic studies, reinforce value guidance through ideological and political education, and explore a new educational mode combining “medical science + ideological and political education”. This approach aims to construct a four-dimensional collaborative educational system with the core of “cognition-emotion-belief-action”, progressively enhancing medical students’ sense of fulfillment in ideological and political education. Thereby, it addresses the demand for excellent compound medical talents under the framework of New Medicine, fuels medical students’ devotion to modern healthcare with great compassion, virtue, and empathy, further expands the practical dimensions of the development of New Medicine, and provides solid support for the implementation of the “Healthy China 2030” initiative.
