依托大学生创新大赛的医工结合复合人才培养模式探索
Exploration of the Cultivation Mode of Medical-Engineering Integrated Compound Talents through University Innovation Competitions
在高等教育范式转型的关键期,传统学科壁垒下的线性知识传授模式已难以适应复合型创新人才培养需求。该研究聚焦“新工科”与“新医科”协同发展战略,以大学生创新竞赛为教育载体,系统构建医工交叉融合的育人机制。聚焦口腔医学领域特点,整合材料科学、生物工程等学科资源,探索通过创新竞赛构建“学科交叉-实践驱动-能力融合”的医工复合型人才培养模式。进一步依托真实科研项目与临床实践案例,引导学生将知识迁移至实际应用,增强问题导向式学习能力、综合解决方案设计能力、批判性思维能力与跨界整合能力,推动教育理念从“知识传授”向“能力生成”转变,切实提升医工融合人才自主创新能力与复杂环境中的社会适应力。通过优化跨学科课程模块、创新项目化实训机制、搭建多维度实践平台,系统推进专业壁垒破解,建立从临床问题挖掘到创新技术落地的全流程培养链条,为推进新医科教育改革提供可借鉴的实施路径。
Amid the critical phase of paradigm shift in higher education, the traditional linear knowledge transmission model constrained by disciplinary barriers has proven inadequate for cultivating interdisciplinary innovative talents. This study centers on the synergistic development strategy of “New Engineering” and “New Medicine”, utilizing university students’ innovation competitions as an educational platform to systematically construct an interdisciplinary medical-engineering talent cultivation mechanism. By leveraging the disciplinary characteristics of stomatology and integrating resources from materials science, biomedical engineering, and related fields, a “disciplinary integration-practice-driven-competency convergence” training paradigm for medical-engineering composite talents is explored through innovation competitions. By further relying on authentic research projects and clinical practice cases, students are guided to transfer knowledge into practical applications, thereby enhancing their problem-based learning ability, integrated solution design capability, critical thinking skills, and interdisciplinary integration competence. This approach promotes a shift in educational philosophy from “knowledge transmission” to “competence development”, effectively improving the independent innovation capacity and social adaptability of medical-engineering interdisciplinary talents in complex environments. Through optimizing interdisciplinary curriculum modules, innovating project-based training mechanisms, and establishing multi-dimensional practical platforms, this research systematically dismantles disciplinary barriers to create an end-to-end cultivation chain spanning from clinical problem identification to translating innovative technologies into practical solutions, thereby providing a replicable implementation pathway for advancing new medical education reform.
