全科医学专业学位硕士研究生教育质量评价体系构建
Construction of Quality Evaluation System of Education for Graduate Students of Professional Master’s Degree in General Practice
目的 探索“健康中国”背景下全科医学专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式,在此基础上构建更为科学、合理、适用性更高的教育质量评价体系。 方法 2023年11月起,邀请重庆、贵州等省市三甲医院的专家参与德尔菲专家函询,对中国全科医学硕士研究生教育质量评价指标体系各项指标的重要性展开评估,记录专家对指标的熟悉程度、判断依据以及其基本信息,再通过界值法筛选评价指标从而建立教育质量评价体系。 结果 函询专家共计16人,两轮问卷的回收率为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.89、0.90,协调系数分别为0.424、0.434(P<0.01)。结合两轮专家函询结果及其意见,最终形成包含4个一级评价指标,12个二级指标,32个三级指标的教育质量评价体系。 结论 专家的积极程度和权威程度较高,专家意见协调性较好,结果可信。建立更为适合当前时代意义的全科医学专业学位硕士研究生的教育质量评价体系,在帮助中国全科医学专业学位硕士研究生学习的同时,对评价全科医学专业学位硕士研究生教育质量方面也给出科学、更为全面的参考依据。
Objective To explore the cultivation mode of graduate students of professional Master’s degree in General Practice under the background of “Healthy China”, and construct a more scientific, reasonable and applicable quality evaluation system for education on this basis. Methods Since November 2023, experts from tertiary hospitals in Chongqing, Guizhou and other provinces and cities were invited to participate in the Delphi expert correspondence to judge the importance of the indicators in the quality evaluation of China’s graduate students of Master’s degree in General Practice. Besides, experts’ familiarity with the indicators, the basis for judgement, and the experts’ basic information were collected, and the evaluation indicators were screened by using bounding-value method to establish quality evaluation system for education. Results The total number of experts was 16, the recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%, the authority coefficient of experts was 0.89, 0.90, and the coordination coefficient was 0.424 and 0.434, respectively (P<0.01). Combined with the results of the two rounds of experts and their opinions, the final evaluation system of education quality was formed, which contains 4 first-level evaluation indexes, 12 second-level indexes and 32 third-level indexes. Conclusion The degrees of positivity and authority of experts in this study are relatively high, the coordination of experts’ opinions is good, and the results are credible. The construction of quality evaluation system of education for graduate students of professional Master’s degree in General Practice, which is more suitable for the significance of the current era, will not only improve the study of graduate students of professional Master’s degree in General Practice in China, but also give a scientific and more comprehensive reference basis for evaluating the education quality of graduate students of professional Master’s degree in General Practice.
