具有东海特色的海洋药学研究生专业能力培养模式探究

具有东海特色的海洋药学研究生专业能力培养模式探究
Research on the Training Mode of Graduate Students ’ Professional Ability of Marine Pharmacy with the Characteristics of East China Sea
在“健康中国2030”规划纲要与海洋强国建设的背景下,海洋药学专业人才需求激增,其专业能力培养成为海洋药物研发的关键。当前,中国高等医药院校在海洋药学专业硕士培养中面临课程设置不合理、实践创新能力不足、校内外导师职责不清及成果评价单一等问题。以浙江海洋大学药学专业为例,通过深入探索具有东海特色的海洋药学硕士培养模式,提出优化课程体系,增设海洋生物资源利用、海洋药物研发前沿等课程,强化理论与实践融合的创新举措;构建“产学研用”协同平台,通过校企合作提升学生实践创新能力;明确校内外导师分工,建立“双导师”联合指导机制,促进学术与产业经验结合;完善成果评价体系,引入多元化指标,注重过程性评价与创新考核。最终形成具有东海海洋特色的海洋药学人才培养模式,为全国海洋药学专业人才培养提供参考。
Under the “Healthy China 2030” strategy and the accelerated development of marine power, the demand for Marine Pharmacy professionals is surging, making their training pivotal for marine drug research. Current challenges at Chinese pharmaceutical colleges and universities include unreasonable curriculum design, insufficient practical innovation, unclear roles for on- and off-campus supervisors, and rigid evaluation methods. Taking the Pharmacy specialty of Zhejiang Ocean University as an example, this paper deeply explores the training mode of masters of Marine Pharmacy with the characteristics of the East China Sea, proposing to optimize curriculum system by adding courses such as Marine Bioresource Utilization and Marine Drug Development Frontiers to better integrate theory and practice, building a collaborative platform for “industry, academia, research, and application” to enhance students’ practical and innovative abilities through industry-academia cooperatopn, clarifying the roles of on- and off-campus supervisors by establishing a dual-supervisor system that merges academic and industrial experience, and improving outcome evaluation system by introducing diversified indicators and focusing on process and innovation. The training mode of talents of Marine Pharmacy with the characteristics of the East China Sea is formed to provide reference for the cultivation of national professionals in the specialty of Marine Pharmacy.
