新医科背景下“医理”融合“统计遗传学”课程体系重构

新医科背景下“医理”融合“统计遗传学”课程体系重构
Reconstruction of “Statistical Genetics” Curriculum System Based on “Medical-Scientific” Integration in the Context of New Medicine
“统计遗传学”是生物信息学专业的一门核心专业课,对学生统计思维培养和分析生物医学数据的能力塑造具有重要作用。在新医科背景下,结合大数据和人工智能的时代需求,及近20年的教学实践,从教学理念、教材建设、教学内容、教学方法策略以及课程考核评价等方面介绍了生物信息专业“统计遗传学”课程体系重构的策略和实践,利用统计分析方法阐明实施重构课程体系的学生成绩优于对照组成绩,差异具有显著的统计学意义(t=16.026,P<0.01)。经过改革前后成效分析,发现重构的课程体系充分调动了学生学习主动性,扩展了学生的知识,提高了学生实践能力和创新思维,取得了很好的教学效果。
“Statistical Genetics”, a core course of Bioinformatics major, plays an important role in cultivating students’ statistical thinking and ability to analyze biomedical data. Under the background of New Medicine, combining with the demands of big data and artificial intelligence, and the teaching practice of the recent 20 years, this paper introduces the reconstruction and practice of curriculum system of Bioinformatics major from teaching concept, textbook construction, teaching content, teaching methods and strategies, and course evaluation and assessment methods. Scores of the students after the implementation of the reconstructed curriculum system were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=16.026, P<0.01). Through the effect analysis before and after the reform, it is found that the reconstructed curriculum system has fully mobilized students’ initiative, expanded their knowledge, improved their practical ability and innovative thinking, and achieved good teaching results.
