新时期药学人才培养创新探索
Innovative Explorations in Pharmaceutical Talent Cultivation in the New Era
随着全球医药科技竞争的加剧和“健康中国”建设的深入推进,高级药学人才培养正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。然而,传统药学人才培养存在学科体系单一、交叉融合不够;重理论轻实践、创新能力薄弱,难以满足面向国家战略规划的现代高级药学人才培养需求。立足综合性大学的学科特色,以“现代仪器分析”课程课堂教学为例,提出了“学科交叉融合-实践能力提升-国际视野拓展”的三位一体培养新模式,重点探讨了新时代高级药学人才培养的创新路径。结果表明,该模式有助于学生构建系统的知识框架,增强学生的理论自信和创新精神,培养学生的科学研究意识,对于综合性大学高级药学人才的培养具有重要意义,为中国创新型药学人才培养提供了理论参考和实践指导。
Against the backdrop of intensifying global competition in pharmaceutical technology and the deepening implementation of the “Healthy China” strategy, the cultivation of advanced pharmaceutical talents is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. However, traditional pharmaceutical education suffers from several limitations, including a singular disciplinary system with insufficient interdisciplinary integration, an overemphasis on theory at the expense of practical skills and innovative capacity, and rigid training models lacking distinctive features. These shortcomings make it difficult to meet the demands of modern pharmaceutical talent cultivation aligned with national strategic needs. Based on the disciplinary features of comprehensive university, taking the class teaching of “Modern Instrumental Analysis” as an example, a novel three-in-one method for cultivating the talents, maily characterized by “interdisciplinary integration, practical capability enhancement, and expansion of global vision”, was proposed to particularly explores innovative approaches for cultivating advanced pharmaceutical talents in the new era. The results demonstrated that this mode helps students construct a systematic knowledge framework, strengthens their theoretical confidence and innovative spirit, and fosters their scientific research awareness. It also holds significant implications for the cultivation of advanced pharmaceutical talents in comprehensive universities and provides theoretical references and practical guidance for nurturing innovative pharmaceutical talents in China.
