精准思政视域下“临床基本技能”课程思政改革探索

精准思政视域下“临床基本技能”课程思政改革探索
Practical Exploration of Curriculum Ideology and Politics of “Clinical Basic Skills” from the Perspective of Accurate Ideological and Political Education
目的 基于精准思政视角,探索“临床基本技能”课程思政的实践效果。 方法 选取汕头大学医学院临床医学专业2021级281名学生为试验组,对课程思政教学进行改革探索。选取教学改革前的2020级275名学生为对照组。通过靶向制定精准教学方案,搭建情景案例与模拟医学技术的课堂教学,借助自主学习平台、精准融合“课前-课堂-课后”思政教学,强化师资思政能力,构建精准评价体系、多维度追踪教育效果进行教学改革。比较两组学生在该课程四个学期临床技能考核的思政成绩,调查试验组学生对课程思政的教学效果的认同度。 结果 试验组学生“病史采集”思政成绩(87.24±5.80)分、“外科基本操作”思政成绩(85.21±5.17)分,均高于对照组(84.76±6.28)分、(83.35±6.97)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生认为该教学模式能培养职业精神(94.3%)、社会责任感(88.9%)、科学态度(89.3%)、医患沟通能力(91.1%)、人文关怀精神(88.1%),以及批判性思维(92.5%)。 结论 该教学模式能够提高学生临床技能考核“病史采集”和“外科基本操作”的思政成绩,学生对课程思政教学效果的认同度高。
Objective To explore the practical effectiveness of curriculum ideology and politics of “Clinical Basic Skills” from the perspective of accurate ideological and political education. Methods A total of 281 students from Clinical Medicine major of Shantou University Medical College in grade 2021 were selected as the experimental group, while 275 students from the grade 2020 before the teaching reform were selected as the control group. The teaching reform was implemented through measures such as targeted development of precise teaching plans, construction of classroom teaching with scenario cases and simulated medical techniques, utilization of self-learning platforms, precise integration of “pre-class, in-class, and post-class” ideological and political education, strengthening of teachers’ ideological and political capabilities, construction of a precise evaluation system, and multi-dimensional tracking of educational effects. The ideological and political scores of the two groups of students in four semesters of the course were compared, and the recognition of the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political education in the experimental group was investigated. Results The ideological and political scores of the experimental group students in “medical history taking” were (87.24±5.80), and those in “basic surgical operations” were (85.21±5.17), both of which were higher than those of the control group [(84.76±6.28) and (83.35±6.97), respectively], with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Students in the experimental group believed that this teaching mode was helpful in cultivating professional spirit (94.3%), social responsibility (88.9%), scientific attitude (89.3%), doctor-patient communication skills (91.1%), humanistic care spirit (88.1%), and critical thinking (92.5%). Conclusion This teaching mode can improve the ideological and political scores of students in “medical history taking” and “basic surgical operations” in clinical skills assessments. Students exhibit a high level of agreement regarding the teaching effectiveness of curriculum ideology and politics.
