新医科背景下创新实验课题提升医学影像本科生临床胜任力研究

新医科背景下创新实验课题提升医学影像本科生临床胜任力研究
Research on Innovative Experimental Subjects in Promoting Clinical Competence of Medical Imaging Undergraduates in the Context of New Medicine
“新医科”理念要求培养具备临床胜任能力的复合型医学人才,践行该理念对于“健康中国”建设有重要意义。现代医学影像学科发展迅速,具有医工结合、医理结合的特点,对医学影像专业复合型人才的需求越来越迫切,培养该专业学生的临床胜任能力也是本科教育的重要目标。在“新医科”理念的指导下,重庆医科大学在医学影像学专业学生中开展了创新实验课题,在指导创新实验过程中根据各环节特点及医学影像学专业特性采取了针对性措施。通过采取上述措施,部分课题组以本科生为第一作者发表了研究论文,也有学生参与大学生学科竞赛获奖;同时,部分创新实验课题直接来源于临床,其开展有助于医学影像学本科生“早临床”的落实。对该专业毕业生的追踪调查发现,参与创新实验的经历可以提高医学影像学专业毕业生的就业质量及其执业医师考试通过率,表明创新实验对医学影像学本科生职业发展的重要作用。综上所述,医学影像学专业学生参与创新实验课题,不仅有助于学生有效掌握基础理论知识,加强医科与其他学科知识的融合运用,还能促进学生科研意识的培养,并且在团队参与中发扬合作精神,显著提高学生的临床胜任能力,践行了“新医科”的理念。
The concept of “New Medicine” calls for cultivating compound medical professionals with strong clinical competence, and implementing this concept is of great significance to the development of “Healthy China”. The rapid development of the discipline of modern Medical Imaging, which is characterized by the combination of medicine and engineering as well as medicine and science, proposes more and more urgent demand for Medical Imaging professionals. It is an important goal of undergraduate education to cultivate the clinical competence of students in this specialty. Under the guidance of “New Medicine” concept, Chongqing Medical University has launched innovative experimental subjects for students majoring in Medical Imaging, implementing targeted measures according to the features in each stage and the distinctive features of the specialty of Medical Imaging during the guidance of innovative experiments. Through the implementation of these measures, some subject teams have published research papers with undergraduates as the first authors, while others have achieved awards in college student academic competitions. Additionally, the implementation of several innovative experimental subjects, which originate from clinical practice, is conducive to the “early clinical practice” of undergraduates in the major of Medical Imaging. Follow-up surveys on graduates of this major demonstrate that participation in innovative experimental subjects has improved the employment quality of Medical Imaging graduates and increased the pass rates in the medical licensing examination, indicating the crucial role of innovative experiments in supporting the professional development of Medical Imaging undergraduates. In conclusion, the participation of Medical Imaging students in innovative experimental subjects not only helps students effectively master foundational theoretical knowledge and enhance interdisciplinary integration of medical and non-medical subjects, but also fosters students’ research awareness, encourages cooperative spirit in teamwork, and significantly improves clinical competence. This practice fully embodies the concept of “New Medicine”.
