藏药喜塞尔散质量控制方法研究
Study on the Quality Control Method of Tibetan Medicine Xiser Powder
目的 建立藏药喜塞尔散的质量标准,对其质量控制方法进行研究,为喜塞尔散的质量控制提供参考。 方法 采用显微鉴别法对处方中诃子、大黄、藏木香进行鉴别;用TLC法对大黄酚、大黄素及藏木香做定性鉴别;运用HPLC,测定总大黄素以及总大黄酚的含量,同时测定结合蒽醌中的大黄素和大黄酚的总量。 结果 大黄素、大黄酚分别在11.2112.0 μg/mL和19.0190.0 μg/mL的浓度范围内,其峰面积与浓度之间呈现显著的线性关系,相关系数均达到0.999(r=0.999);平均回收率分别为游离大黄素为96.42%,RSD为1.32%(n=9),游离大黄酚为100.03%,RSD为2.40%(n=9)。 结论 该方法具有操作简便、结果准确、专属性强等特点,适用于喜塞尔散的质量控制分析,可作为其质量评估的有效手段。
Objective The aim is to establish the quality standards of Tibetan medicine Xiser powder and to study its quality control methods,providing a reference for the quality control of Xiser powder. Methods include microscopic identification of Cistanche, rhubarb, cardamom,and dried ginger in the prescription;qualitative identification of emodin, chrysophanic acid, and Tibetan cardamom through thin-layer chromatography; determination of total emodin and total chrysophanic acid in rhubarb using high-performance liquid chromatography, as well as the total amount of emodin and chrysophanic acid combined with anthraquinone. Results show that emodin and chrysophanic acid have good linear relationships with peak areas in the ranges of 11.2112.0μg/ml and 19.0190.0 μg/mL (r=0.999); the average recovery rates are 96.42% for free emodin with a RSD of 1.32% (n=9) and 100.03% for free chrysophanic acid with a RSD of 2.40% (n=9). Conclusion This method has the characteristics of simple operation, accurate results and strong exclusivity. It is suitable for the quality control analysis of Xiser powder and can be used as an effective means of quality evaluation.
