出行公平视角下拉萨市公园绿地可达性研究
Study on the Accessibility of Park Green Space of Parks in Lhasa From the Perspective of Travel Equity
以城市公园绿地可达性为切入点,探讨拉萨市辖区公共空间资源配置的公平性问题。作为衡量城市环境质量和居民生活福祉的重要指标,公园绿地可达性直接反映了城市公共资源的空间分配效率。基于出行公平性理论框架,运用Python连接高德地图API的路径规划2.0与POI搜索接口,采用改进的二步移动搜索法(2SFCA)模型,对拉萨市辖区的公园绿地服务能力及其空间公平性进行系统分析。研究结果表明:(1)空间异质性显著:拉萨市辖区公园绿地可达性呈现明显的空间分异特征,核心城区与周边区域差异显著;(2)资源配置失衡:堆龙德庆区和达孜区不仅公园绿地数量不足,且周边居民点分布稀疏,导致资源利用效率低下;(3)公平性亟待提升:拉萨市辖区的整体公平性水平较低,约72.3%的街道(乡镇)处于较低公平或无显著特征状态,反映出当前资源配置与人口空间分布存在结构性错配。
This study investigates the equity of public resource allocation within the municipal districts of Lhasa, with a particular focus on the accessibility of green spaces in urban parks. As an essential indicator of urban environmental quality and residents' well-being, park green space accessibility directly reflects the spatial efficiency of public resource distribution. Using the theoretical framework of travel equity, this research utilizes an Improved Two-Step Floating Catchment Area (2SFCA) model to systematically analyze the service capacity and spatial equity of park green spaces. Data on travel routes and Points of Interest (POI) was acquired by interfacing with the Amap API's Path Planning 2.0 and POI search functions through Python. The results indicate that: (1) Significant spatial heterogeneity exists, with the accessibility of park green spaces showing marked disparities between the core urban area and peripheral regions. (2) Resource allocation is imbalanced; Duilongdeqing and Dazi Districts exhibit both an insufficient number of park green spaces and a sparse distribution of surrounding residential areas, leading to inefficient resource utilization. (3) The overall level of equity is low, with approximately 72.3% of the sub-districts (townships) categorized as having low equity or statistically insignificant features. This reveals a structural mismatch between the current resource allocation and the spatial distribution of the population. The findings of this study provide critical evidence for decision-making aimed at optimizing urban public space planning in Lhasa.
