微生物菌剂浸种对冷地早熟禾种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响
Effect of Microbial Agents on Seed Germination and Seedlings Growth Characteristics of Poa araratica
为探究微生物菌剂悬浊液浸种处理下冷地早熟禾种子发芽和幼苗生长特性,筛选促生效果最佳的菌剂浓度和浸种时长,以提高冷地早熟禾种子发芽率和幼苗期抗逆性。该研究共设置4种浓度的浸种微生物菌剂(0.0 mol/L、0.1 mol/L、0.2 mol/L、0.3 mol/L),浸种时长分别为0 h、12 h、24 h、48 h,测定冷地早熟禾种子发芽指标和幼苗生长生理指标。结果表明:B2处理可提高冷地早熟禾种子发芽率和发芽指数;在B2、B3处理下冷地早熟禾幼苗生长发育得到明显改善,其根茎叶及鲜质量均较对照(A1)处理显著增加;B2、B3处理下冷地早熟禾幼苗超氧物化岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)等酶活性最高;可溶性蛋白含量在B3处理达到最大值,较A1处理提高1.555 mgg-1FW,差异显著(P0.05)。综上所述,微生物菌剂浸种可明显提高冷地早熟禾种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数,促进幼苗的生长发育,并提高幼苗超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、可溶性蛋白含量等生理指标,其中在B2处理(0.1 mol/L,浸种12 h)下冷地早熟禾种子发芽和幼苗生长效果最佳。
The seed germination and seedling growth characteristics of Poa araratica under the soaking seed in microbial agent were investigated to identify the optimal concentration and soaking duration of the microbial agent that maximizes growth promotion effects and enhance the seed germination rate, and stress resistance during the seedling stage of Poa araratica. The seed germination index and seedling growth physiological index of Poa araratica were determined by setting 4 concentrations (0.0 mol/L, 0.1 mol/L, 0.2 mol/L, 0.3 mol/L) of microbial agents for soaking seed at 0 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h, respectively. The results indicated that the B2 treatment enhanced seed germination rate and germination index of Poa araratica. The seedling growth and development improved significantly under the B2 and B3 treatments with notable increasing in root, stem, leaf, and fresh weight (FW) compared to the control (A1). Enzymatic activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) reached at the highest levels under B2 and B3 treatments as well. The soluble protein content peaked under theB3 treatment with significant increase of 1.555 mgg-1 FW compared to A1 (P<0.05). In summary, soaking seed in microbial agent suspension significantly enhanced the seed germination rate, germination energy, germination index and vigor index of Poa araratica and as well as seedling growth and development. Furthermore, it elevated physiological indicators such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and soluble protein content in the seedlings. Among all treatments, the B2 treatment (0.1 mol/L microbial agent concentration with 12 h soaking duration) showed the best effect on the seed germination and seedling growth of Poa araratica.
