摘要
目的 利用CiteSpace知识图谱分析甘草医治肝损伤的文献, 寻求其研究现状、热点以及趋势。方法 运用CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件对中国知网和Web of Science数据库中自2000年1月1日至2023年9月30日已发表的甘草医治肝损伤的中、英文相关文献, 从发文量、作者、机构、期刊、基金资助、关键词等研究主题进行可视化分析。结果 经筛选最终共纳入219篇中文文献, 152篇英文文献。经过分析, 甘草治疗肝脏炎症的研究中, 余祖功、戴瑛等和FAN Lihong为中文和英文领域的主要贡献者。此外, 北京中医药大学和中国科学院在该领域的中文和英文发文量均居于首位。值得注意的是, 英文文献中, 各研究机构之间的合作相对频繁。中英文关键词分析显示甘草医治肝损伤的研究内容主要集中在活性成分、肝损伤、作用机制等方面。结论 甘草活性成分医治肝损伤的专家合作、区域合作应该加强, 其分子机制以及缓解抗肿瘤药物肝损伤研究可能为今后的研究热点。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the literature of licorice in treating liver injury by using CiteSpace knowledge map, and to seek its research status, hot spots and trends. Methods CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software was used to visually analyze the Chinese and English related literatures of licorice in treating liver injury and inflammation published from January 1, 2000 to September 30, 2023 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Web of Science databases, including the number of published papers, authors, institutions, journals, fund support, keywords and other research topics. Results After screening, 219 Chinese literatures and 152 English literatures were finally included. After analysis, YU Zugong, DAI Ying and FAN Lihong were the main contributors in the field of Chinese and English. In addition, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and China Academy of Sciences ranked first in both Chinese and English in this field. It was worth noting that in English literature, cooperation among research institutions was relatively frequent. Keyword analysis in Chinese and English showed that the research contents of licorice in treating liver injury mainly focused on active ingredients, liver injury and mechanism of action. Conclusion The expert cooperation and regional cooperation of active ingredients of licorice in treating liver injury should be strengthened, and the research on its molecular mechanism and alleviating liver injury by anticancer drugs may be the focus of future research.
