人工智能赋能中医药: 现代化进程中的传统传承与融合发展
Artificial intelligence empowering traditional Chinese medicine: balancing modernization and traditional inheritance
中医药的标准化与规模化是其融入现代医疗体系、实现高质量发展的关键。人工智能(AI)技术在数据处理和分析方面的强大能力, 为加速中医药现代化进程提供了新的可能。然而, 中医诊疗的整体性、辨证性特点, 使其与基于数据分析的AI技术之间存在天然的张力, 如何在推进现代化的同时, 有效传承中医的传统特色, 成为亟待解决的核心问题。聚焦于这一核心矛盾, 从临床应用、配伍应用和学习传承三个方面总结AI在中医药领域的应用现状及其优势, 同时指出当前AI技术在上述方面存在的实际问题, 最后探讨AI在中医传统与发展中的作用, 并尝试提出未来的发展策略, 以助力中医药在新时代实现传承与发展的有机统一。
The standardization and large-scale application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are key to its integration into the modern medical system and the realization of high-quality development. The powerful capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in data processing and analysis offer new possibilities for accelerating the modernization of TCM. However, the holistic and syndrome-based characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment create an inherent tension with AI technology, which relies on data analysis. How to effectively preserve the traditional characteristics of TCM while advancing its modernization has become a core issue that urgently needs to be addressed. Focusing on this core contradiction, this paper summarizes the current application status and advantages of AI in the field of TCM from three aspects: clinical application, formula compatibility, and learning and inheritance. Meanwhile, it points out the practical problems of current AI technology in the aforementioned aspects. Finally, it explores the role of AI in the tradition and development of TCM and attempts to propose future development strategies, aiming to contribute to the organic unity of inheritance and development of TCM in the new era.
