第二次全国污染源普查数据积累与环境损害评估-以北京市顺义区为例

Data accumulation and environmental damage assessment of the second national pollution source census - a case study of Shunyi District, Beijing

摘要

全国污染源普查是重大的国情调查，是生态环境保护的基础性工作。经过三年多的努力，北京市顺义区第二次全国污染源普查完成了清查建库、入户普查、污染物数据核算、资料归档等主要阶段的任务，积累了丰富的数据。本文总结了污染源普查的工作过程和亮点，获得的宝贵数据，以及在环境损害评估中可以发挥的潜在作用，从而为今后的生态环境保护工作提供重要的支撑作用。

Abstract

The national census of pollution sources is a major national situation census and the basic work of environmental protection. After more than three years of effort, the second national pollution source census in Shunyi District, Beijing has completed the main stages of inventory and database construction, household census, pollutant data accounting, and data archiving, accumulated rich data. This paper summarizes the work process and highlights of pollution source census, the valuable data obtained and the potential role it can play in environmental damage assessment, this will provide important support for future ecological environment protection work.
