“数字情绪”及多维治理研究
Digital Emotion and Multidimensional Governance
随着数字生态深度嵌入社会生活,数字情绪已演变为建构社会心态与权力关系的核心要素以及重塑舆论生态与治理措施的逻辑基础。基于数字情绪理论,结合典型案例,解析数字情绪的内在生成机制。研究发现,网民、舆论与平台之间的互动生成了数字政治情绪、数字社会情绪、数字生活情绪与数字体验情绪。要建构以“心态、符号、算法、用户”为核心的多维协同治理体系。心态建设上,努力提高民众生活幸福指数,从源头疏导负面情绪;符号治理上,既要推广积极的符号表达,又要限制负面内容传播;算法治理上,多方合力达成算法共识,实现技术应用与社会责任的平衡;媒介素养上,培养用户的信息辨别能力与现实认同感,抵御情绪化信息的侵蚀。
This study adopts digital emotion as its analytical framework,constructing an integrated research path of “Characteristics-Mechanisms-Measures”.By examining representative case,it explores the intrinsic generation mechanism of digital emotions,delves into their typological structures and the negative features,and accordingly proposes multidimensional governance strategies. The study first categorizes digital emotions into four main types-digital political emotions,digital social emotions,digital life emotions,and digital experiential emotions-each corresponding to one of the four negative affective elements: anger,hostility,resentment,and restlessness. It then analyzes how individual emotional expressions evolve from individual emotional expressions into collective sentiments with the capacity for public opinion mobilization.Furthermore,the study argues that the internal dynamics of digital emotions follow three core features: symbolization,traffic-driven amplification,and homogenization.Symbolization manifests as digital emotions leveraging internet memes,emojis,and other symbolic carriers for cross-temporal and spatial dissemination,with their social impact amplified through the recursive generation and mutation of these symbols.Traffic-driven amplification describes how platform algorithms,in pursuit of user engagement,systematically promote emotionally charged content,resulting in a “stronger spread of anger” logic.Homogenization is reflected as how users,trapped within information cocoons,continuously reinforce emotional echo chambers that weaken public rationality and ultimately generate closed emotional resonances.Based on aforementioned mechanisms,the study proposes a four-dimensional collaborative governance framework centered on“mindset building-symbolic governance-algorithmic governance-media literacy enhancement”. Mindset building emphasizes that top-level governance should address social livelihood issues and improve people’s sense of life satisfaction to relieve emotional stress at the source.Symbolic governance advocates identifying and guiding the emotional attributes of online symbols-promoting positive,healthy expressions while constraining the spread of divisive and aggressive content.Algorithmic governance calls for a shared consensus among platforms,media,and users to balance technological application with social responsibility.Media literacy enhancement aims to cultivate users’ critical information discernment and a sense of social reality,thereby resisting the erosion of rationality by emotionalized information.This study concludes that digital emotions are a co-constructed product of users,public opinion,and platforms. Their governance must transcend traditional public opinion management approaches and shift toward a multidimensional approach integrating“emotional guidance-constructive development-empowerment”.Theoretically,the study builds an analytical framework viewing digital emotion as a structured process,filling the gap of existing studies that focus more on phenomenological description and mechanism interpretation. Methodologically,it bridges micro-level cases and macro-level social psychology through integrative analysis. Practically,it emphasizes multi-dimensional collaborative governance,providing an academic foundation and policy reference for optimizing cyberspace governance systems.
