基于两种取样方法对辽宁省建平县草原蝗虫群落多样性的比较

基于两种取样方法对辽宁省建平县草原蝗虫群落多样性的比较
Comparing of the diversity of grasshopper community in grassland in Jianping County of Liaoning Province based on two sampling methods
采用扫网取样法和样框取样法,对建平县内4种典型草地类型(温性草原类、山地草甸类、温性草甸草原类和暖性灌草丛类)共12个样地的蝗虫进行采集。在此基础上,整理建平县草原蝗虫名录,并对蝗虫群落进行了多样性分析,比较了不同草地类型间以及两种取样方法下蝗虫群落多样性的差异。在12个样地内共采集蝗虫1688只,隶属于5科10属12种,其中华北雏蝗 Chorthippus brunneus huabeiensis(24.82%)、素色异爪蝗 Euchorthippus unicolo(24.47%)、黄胫小车蝗 Oedaleus infernalis(22.69%)和短星翅蝗 Calliptamus abbreviatus(19.49%)为建平县的优势种群;在4种不同草地类型中,山地草甸类蝗虫群落种类和数量最多、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Margalef物种丰富度指数最高、Pielou均匀度指数最低,温性草原类种类最少、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Margalef物种丰富度指数最低、Berger-Parker优势度指数最高,温性草甸草原类数量最少、Pielou均匀度指数最高;基于扫网取样法的蝗虫群落多样性分析结果显示,山地草甸类样地的物种数、多度以及Shannon-Wiener多样性指数均较高、温性草原类则较低,整体上与不同草地类型多样性分析结果一致;而基于样框取样法的结果显示,同一类型样地的多样性指数并不稳定,不能较好地显示不同草地类型之间多样性的差异;基于两种不同取样方法的蝗虫群落多样性比较结果显示,扫网取样法采集的物种数、数量以及Shannon-Wiener多样性指数均高于样框取样法,而且两种方法除优势度指数以外其他指数均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。由此可见,相较于样框取样法,扫网取样法调查建平县蝗虫群落多样性的效果更好。
The grasshoppers were collected from 12 sampling plots of four typical grassland types (warm steppe grassland, mountain meadow, warm meadow grassland, and warm shrub grassland) in Jianping County by using the sweep sampling method and the sample frame sampling methods. On this basis, the list of grassland grasshoppers in Jianping County was compiled, and the diversity of grasshopper communities was analyzed. Meanwhile, the differences in grasshopper community diversity between different grassland types and under two sampling methods were compared. The results found that: a total of 1688 grasshoppers belonging to 5 families and 10 species were collected in 12 sampling plots. The dominance populations of grasshoppers in Jianping County were Chorthippus brunneus huabeiensis (24.82%), Euchorthippus unicolor (24.47%), Oedaleus infernalis (22.69%) and Calliptamus abbreviatus (19.49%). Among four types of grasslands, the mountain meadow exhibited the highest species diversity and abundance of grasshopper community. At the same time, the Shannon-Wiener index and Margalef index were also the highest, while the Pielou index was the lowest. On the other hand, the warm temperate grassland had a relatively lower species number, with correspondingly lower values for both Shannon-Wiener index and Margalef index. Additionally, the Berger-Parker index was higher in this case. Furthermore, warm meadow grassland showed a lower presence in grasshopper number compared to other types of grasslands, but displayed a higher Pielou index. The results obtained from grasshopper communities diversity analysis by using sweep sampling method indicated that samples collected from mountain meadows had higher number of species, abundance and Shannon-Wiener index compared to those collected at warm temperate grassland. These findings were consistent with previous analyses conducted on different types of grasslands. However, the results based on the sample frame sampling method indicated that stability in diversity indices among similar types of grasslands could not accurately reflect differences between various types of grasslands. Comparison of the grasshopper community diversity based on two different sampling methods revealed that the sweep sampling method yielded a greater number of species, quantity and Shannon-Wiener index than the sample frame sampling method. Meanwhile, both methods exhibited significant differences across all indices except for the Berger-Parke index. Compared with the sample frame sampling method, the sweep sampling method was more effective in investigating the diversity of grasshopper communities in Jianping Ccounty.
