铁路危险货物运输智能检测及应急处置装置设计
Intelligent Detection and Emergency Device Design for Dangerous Goods in Railway Freight Transportation
铁路货运检测设备功能日渐成熟,但各类设备功能分散,集成化、智能化程度不高。基于危险气体、粉尘、温湿度、气压等传感器单元,通过NB-IoT数据传输技术,构建检测、预警、应急三位一体的智能终端设备,实现对危险气体、粉尘浓度以及环境温湿度、气压的实时检测,解决货物检测、应急预案处置、现场工作人员响应3个环节的脱节问题,进一步提升货运检查工作的安全程度和智能化水平。
The functions of railway freight inspection equipment have become increasingly mature. However, various types of equipment have scattered functions, low integration, and inadequate intelligence. This article, based on sensors for hazardous gases, dust, temperature, humidity, and air pressure, used NB-IoT data transmission technology to construct an intelligent terminal device integrating detection, early warning, and emergency response, achieving real-time detection of hazardous gases, dust concentrations, environmental temperature, humidity, and air pressure. It solved the problem of disconnection in cargo detection, emergency plan disposal, and on-site staff response, further enhancing the safety and intelligence level of freight inspection work.
