浩吉铁路乌审旗北部矿区集运站方案研究
Schemes for Terminal of Haolebaoji-Ji’an Railway in Northern Mining Area of Wushen Banner
浩吉铁路作为一条“北煤南运”的战略运输通道,对落实国家能源发展战略,保障鄂湘赣等华中地区能源供应具有重要意义。集运系统是浩吉铁路提量增效的重要保障,合理确定集运站选址及规模能够充分发挥煤运通道优势。结合乌审旗北部矿区规划、运输需求、煤炭公路运输情况、周边配套设施等影响因素,以吸引货源、新建通站道路长度和接轨站周边配套设施的系统最优为优化目标,确定集运站选址方案。为提高运输效率,在充分考虑运输径路、车流特点、列车对数、地形条件、工程投资等因素的基础上,结合接轨站的平面布置及远期预留条件、储装站货物品类和流向等特点,遵循空重列车“直进直出”的原则,对集运站装车方案进行系统研究,从工程投资、运营管理、能力适应性等角度进行综合比选。
Haolebaoji-Ji’an Railway, as a strategic transportation channel of “coal transport from north to south,” is the key to implementing the national energy development strategy and guaranteeing energy supply in central China, such as Hubei, Hunan, and Jiangxi provinces. The terminal system is essential for optimizing throughput and efficiency along the Haolebaoji-Ji’an Railway. Proper selection of terminal location and capacity can maximize the advantages of this coal transport channel. By considering factors such as the northern mining area’s development planning, transport demand, coal transport situation by roads, and nearby facilities, the terminal location was determined, aiming to attract cargo sources and optimize the length of the new access road and supporting facilities surrounding the junction station. To improve transport efficiency, full consideration was given to factors such as transport routes, traffic characteristics, number of train pairs, terrain conditions, and engineering investment. This was combined with the plane layout of the junction station, long-term reserved conditions, types and flow direction of cargo at the storage and loading stations, and other characteristics. By following the “straight in and straight out” principle for empty and loaded trains, this paper systematically studied the loading scheme of terminals, and the comprehensive selection was made considering aspects such as engineering investment, operational management, and capacity adaptability.
