济南市生产制造企业货物运输“公转铁”适宜性研究
Study on Suitability of “Highway to Railway” Freight Transportation for Manufacturing Enterprises in Ji’nan
在开展济南市规模以上相关企业运输信息调研基础上,研究梳理了货种、运量、货值、运距、设施条件等影响企业选择货物运输方式的因素,提出年运输量4万t以上、运输距离200 km以上、运输货种货值小于6 000元/t、距离铁路场站10 km范围内的大宗货物企业更适宜采用铁路运输,可以作为推动“公转铁”工作的目标企业,为生产企业经营决策和铁路企业选择服务对象提供参考,并针对济南市提出了优化铁路货运通道建设、推动铁路专用线建设、加强企业合作等“公转铁”实施建议。
Based on a survey of transportation information from large-scale enterprises in Ji’nan, this study analyzed the factors influencing enterprises’ choice of freight transportation modes such as cargo type, transportation volume, cargo value, transportation distance, and facility conditions. The study found that bulk cargo-oriented enterprises with an annual transportation volume exceeding 40 000 tons, a transportation distance of over 200 kilometers, a cargo value of less than 6 000 yuan per ton, and located within 10 kilometers away from railway stations are more suitable for adopting railway transportation. These enterprises can serve as target enterprises for promoting the work of “highway to railway”, providing insights for production enterprises in business decision-making and for railway enterprises in identifying service targets. Furthermore, the study proposed specific “highway to railway” implementation suggestions for Ji’nan, including optimizing the construction of railway freight corridors, promoting the construction of dedicated railway lines, and strengthening cooperation with enterprises.
