面向“一带一路”的多式联运发展研究综述
Research Review on Multimodal Transport Development in Context of “Belt and Road Initiative”
“一带一路”倡议提出以来,国际多式联运得到了快速发展,对推动物流业降本增效和绿色低碳,完善综合交通运输体系有深远影响。通过在中国知网数据库,将“一带一路”及“多式联运”作为关键词进行精确搜索,从多个维度进行分析,探讨了不同运输方式的特征以及影响要素。研究发现:多式联运研究发文量总体呈现出持续增长的态势,多式联运“一单制”“一箱制”发挥了重要的作用,交通基础设施“硬联通”及制度标准“软联通”有效推动促进陆、海、天、网“四位一体”互联互通,为我国构建“双循环”新发展格局,推动多式联运高质量发展提供有效支撑。
Since the proposal of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, international multimodal transport has developed rapidly, significantly impacting the reduction of logistics costs, improving efficiency, and promoting green, low-carbon development, while also improving the integrated transportation system. By conducting a precise search of the “Belt and Road” and “multimodal transport” keywords in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, this study analyzed various dimensions, exploring the characteristics of different transport modes and the influencing factors. The study finds that the volume of research publications on multimodal transport has shown continuous growth. The “one-document system” and “one-container system” of multimodal transport have played an important role. The “hard connectivity” of transportation infrastructure and the “soft connectivity” of institutional standards have effectively promoted the integrated connectivity of land, sea, air, and network, providing efficient, low-carbon, and resilient logistics strategic support for China’s new development pattern of “dual circulation”.
