“敞顶箱+卷钢托盘”运输方案及应用研究
Transportation Scheme and Application of “Open-top Container+Coiled Steel Pallet”
为探索解决“敞车+卷钢座架”运输模式中铁路敞车侧柱加强座损坏导致挑车困难,以及台架式卷钢箱回程空驶等问题,充分利用敞顶箱保有量大、便于顶部装卸且对铁路车辆要求不高等优势,中铁集装箱运输有限责任公司牵头研究设计了“敞顶箱+卷钢托盘”运输方案,通过有限元分析、冲击试验、上路试运等多种方式进行验证。结果表明,“敞顶箱+卷钢托盘”运输方案采用一箱三盘、一盘一槽、缓冲防护、门端限位、防滑胶垫、智能装置等结构,使其具有使用灵活、可靠性高、成本低、拓展快、易回送、不亏吨、智能化等优点,为拓展敞顶箱适箱货源品类提供了新思路。
This paper aims to address issues such as the damage to side posts of railway open-top cars, which makes it difficult to unload, and the empty return of rack-type coiled steel boxes in the “open car+coiled steel seat frame” transportation model. It fully utilized the advantages of a large number of open-top containers, which are easy to load and unload from the top and have low requirements for railway vehicles. China Railway Container Transport Co., Ltd. took the lead in researching and designing the “open-top container+coiled steel pallet” transportation scheme. The scheme was validated through methods such as finite element analysis, impact testing, and trial runs on the road. The results indicate that the “open-top container+coiled steel pallet” transportation scheme uses a combination of one container with three pallets, one pallet with one groove, buffer protection, door-end limiters, anti-slip pads, and intelligent devices. These structural features make the scheme flexible to use, highly reliable, cost-effective, quickly expandable, easy to return, and able to maintain weight, offering a new approach for expanding the source of cargo types that can be transported using open-top containers.
