中老铁路建设与运营发展研究综述
Review of Research on Construction and Operation Development of China-Laos Railway
作为泛亚铁路中线的重要组成部分,中老铁路是主动融入和服务“一带一路”倡议,推进中国与周边国家互联互通的重要基础设施,其开通运营给东南亚地区带去了新的经济增长点,为亚洲地区合作发展提供了新思路和新机遇。通过中国知网数据库,从文献计量学研究角度,对中老铁路建设、运营及管理研究方法进行总结分析,发现缩短通关时间、优化列车开行方案、布局物流园区研究对于推进中老铁路高质量发展发挥了重要作用。从推进中老铁路高质量发展对策方面考虑,加强交通基础设施互联互通、推进规则标准“软联通”、推动多式联运发展、促进区域经济带融合发展将是未来重点研究方向。
As an important part of the central line of the Trans-Asian Railway, the China-Laos Railway is a key infrastructure that actively integrates into and serves the Belt and Road initiative and promotes connectivity between China and neighboring countries. Its inauguration and operation bring new economic growth points to Southeast Asia and provide new ideas and opportunities for cooperation and development across Asia. Based on the CNKI database, this paper conducted a bibliometric analysis and summarized the research methods on the construction, operation, and management of the China-Laos Railway. It is found that studies on shortening customs clearance time, optimizing train operation plans, and planning logistics parks have played an important role in promoting the high-quality development of the China-Laos Railway. In terms of strategies to promote high-quality development of the China-Laos Railway, future key research directions include strengthening the connectivity of transportation infrastructure, promoting the soft connectivity of rules and standards, promoting the development of multimodal transport, and facilitating the integrated development of regional economic corridors.
