消费型锂电池货物混装运输安全管理研究
Research on Safety Management of Railway Mixed Transportation of Consumer Lithium Battery Goods
随着社会的快速发展和科技进步,锂电池因其能量密度高、寿命长、环保等优点,在电子设备中得到了广泛的应用。然而,由于锂电池本身的理化特性,如内部短路、过充过放等可能导致热失控,进而引发火灾甚至爆炸,因此在铁路运输中存在一定的安全风险,消费型锂电池货物铁路混装运输的安全性成为研究和运输管理的焦点问题。对消费型锂电池的运输需求进行分析,研究锂电池铁路运输可能存在的主要危险性,探索消费型锂电池货物混装运输相应的作业流程、装载方法及运输安全管理制度,完善安全管理措施,为消费型锂电池货物混装运输的安全管理提供参考。
With the rapid development of society and technological progress, lithium batteries have been widely used in electronic devices due to their high energy density, long lifespan, and environmental friendliness. However, due to the physical and chemical properties of lithium batteries, such as internal short circuits, overcharging, and overdischarging, they may lead to thermal runaway, which can cause fires and even explosions. Therefore, there are certain safety risks in railway transportation, and the safety of mixed transportation of consumer lithium battery goods has become a focus of research and transportation management. This paper analyzed the transportation demand for consumer lithium batteries, studied the main hazards that may exist in railway transportation of lithium batteries, explored the corresponding operational processes, loading methods, and transportation safety management systems for mixed transportation of consumer lithium battery goods, and improved safety management measures. It provides a reference for the safety management of mixed transportation of consumer lithium battery goods.
