基于“四融入四结合”的多元混合式教学模式应用效果研究——以《重大传染病疫情防治》课程为例
Research on the application effect of multi-mixed teaching mode based on "Four Integration and Four Combination"—take the course "Prevention and Control of Major Infectious Diseases" as an example
目的 研究“四融入四结合”的多元混合式教学模式运用于《重大传染病疫情防治》课程中的效果。 方法 选取2019级、2020级、2021级选修《重大传染病疫情防治》课程的本科生为观察组(n=700),以2018级选修该课程的本科生为对照组(n=212)。观察组实施“四融入四结合”的多元混合式教学模式,对照组采用常规教学模式。比较2组理论知识及技能操作的考试成绩、综合运用能力、教学效果。 结果 施行“四融入四结合”多元混合教学模式后,观察组课程教学质量与学生综合能力素养显著提升,终结性考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组对课程的满意度高。 结论 “四融入四结合”模式是培养新时代新医科人才的有效途径,教学效果优于常规教学法。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the "Four Integrations and Four Combinations" blended teaching model in the course "Prevention and Control of Major Infectious Diseases". Methods A total of 700 undergraduate students from the 2019, 2020, 2021 cohorts who took this course were the observation group, while 212 students from the 2018 cohort were the control group. The observation group implemented the blended teaching model, whereas the control group followed conventional teaching methods. Comparative analyses were conducted on theoretical knowledge assessments, practical skill evaluations, comprehensive application abilities, and overall teaching outcomes. Results The implementation of the blended teaching model significantly enhanced both instructional quality and students' comprehensive competencies in the observation group. Final assessment scores showed statistically significant superiority over the control group (P<0.01), with higher course satisfaction ratings reported by the observation group. Conclusion The "Four Integrations and Four Combinations" model is an effective approach to cultivating new-era medical professionals, demonstrating superior teaching outcomes compared to conventional methods.
