摘要
药剂学作为药学类专业核心课程之一,在培养高素质的药学人才方面具有重要意义。针对当前在药剂学课程的教学中出现的问题和缺陷,笔者提出了“产—学—研”三位一体的药剂学专业创新人才的教学模式,为学校依据人才、学科和技术优势,选好高层次、高起点的研究课题提供依据。笔者从“三位一体”策略出发,将建立科学研究与教学互动的平台、明确学生的专业发展方向、加强学生的创新创业意识、建立科学研究和产业实践之间的良好互动关系作为主线,对目前“填鸭式”的教育模式进行探索。通过对“产—学—研”融合教学模式进行探讨,培养符合时代特点的“产—学—研”融合型药学人才。
Abstract
As
one of the core courses of pharmacy, pharmacy is of great significance in
cultivating high-quality pharmacy talents. Aiming at the current problems and
shortcomings in the teaching of pharmacy courses, the paper proposes a
"production-learning-research" trinity of innovative talents in
pharmacy teaching mode, which provides a basis for the school to select
high-level and high starting point research topics by combining the advantages
of talents, disciplines and technologies. Starting from the "Trinity"
strategy, this paper takes the establishment of a platform for the interaction
between scientific research and teaching, the clarification of students'
professional development direction, the enhancement of students' innovation and
entrepreneurship awareness, and the establishment of a good interactive
relationship between scientific research and scientific research as the main
line, which will carry out a profound reform of the current
"duck-filling" education model. Through the discussion of the "
production-learning-research" integration teaching mode, to cultivate the
" production-learning-research" integration of pharmacy talents in
line with the characteristics of the times.
